Rejestracja na zawody Polish Run odbywa się wyłącznie elektronicznie poprzez dedykowany link: https://prod.chronorace.be/registration/SelectActivity.aspx?iframe=1&eventId=2141036902158831&cs=POLISHRUN&lng=EN

Zapisy możliwe są do dnia 6 września oraz w dniu zawodów.

Tylko rejestracja przez powyższy link gwarantuje otrzymanie koszulki i medalu Polish Run. Osoby, które zapiszą się do udziału w biegu na 10 km przez link na stronie "Europatrail Brussels" nie będą uczestnikami Polish Run.

Każdy zarejestrowany na 5 dni przed zawodami otrzyma e-mail ze szczegółowymi informacjami dotyczącymi przebiegu imprezy oraz kodem QR, który trzeba będzie przedstawić przy odbiorze numeru startowego.

Koszulka i medal Polish Run

Każdy zarejestrowany uczestnik Polish Run w ramach opłaty startowej otrzyma pamiątkową koszulkę oraz medal.

Koszulki Polish Run do odbioru w dniu zawodów na stoiskach ZHP Belgia i East Poland House (Hippodrome de Boitsfort - 114 chaussée de la Hulpe 1180 Uccle)
Medal będzie można odebrać bezpośrednio po zakończeniu zawodów na stoisku East Poland House.

Prysznice i przebieralnie znajdują się na terenie klubu golfowego, kilka metrów od mety. Aby skorzystać, należy poprosić o bilet na stoisku Zatopek.

Catering

Dla uczestników i kibiców dostępna będzie strefa gastronomiczna (zupy bio, kanapki bio, napoje bezalkoholowe, …).

NAJCZĘŚCIEJ POJAWIAJĄCE SIĘ PYTANIA I ODPOWIEDZI:

Próbowałem się zarejestrować, ale wystąpił błąd i system odmawia drugiej rejestracji.

Najłatwiej jest ponownie zarejestrować się, zmieniając litery w swoim imieniu lub nazwisku na znaki alfabetu uniwersalnego/angielskiego. Możliwe jest również ponowne przystąpienie do rejestracji 3 godziny po pierwszej próbie.

Czy mogę zrezygnować z udziału w zawodach w przypadku kontuzji lub innych powodów?

Żadna rezygnacja (nawet z powodu kontuzji) nie uprawnia do zwrotu kosztów 60 dni przed wydarzeniem.

Przed ostatnimi dwoma miesiącami możliwe jest całkowite wyrejestrowanie się. Masz wybór: kontaktując się z nami mailowo, możesz przenieść swoją rejestrację na przyszłą edycję lub zażądać zwrotu pieniędzy, z wyłączeniem opłat administracyjnych i bankowych (około 10% i minimum 1€), podając swój IBAN oraz zapłaconą kwotę.

Czy mogę przekazać komuś innemu swój numer startowy jeśli nie mogę wystartować w zawodach?

Istnieje możliwość zmiany imienia i nazwiska lub zażądania zwrotu kosztów na 30 dni przed wydarzeniem.

Czy mogę odebrać numer startowy dla znajomego?

Tak, pod warunkiem posiadania e-biletu (zawierającego kod QR do odbioru numeru startowego). Dowód tożsamości nie jest wymagany.

Oznaczenie trasy biegu.

Trasa jest oznaczona za pomocą taśm. Oznakowanie to może być dodatkowo wzmocnione oznaczeniami na ziemi. Jednakże zalecamy również korzystanie z GPS-u (aplikacji mobilnej, zegarka lub innego urządzenia), aby w razie nieprzewidzianych sytuacji (np. usunięcie oznakowania, zatarcie znaków) być przygotowanym na niespodziewane sytuacje. Instrukcje związane z urządzeniami GPS dostępne są po angielsku i francusku.

Należy pamiętać, że trasa z różnych przyczyn może zostać w niewielkim stopniu zmieniona. Zalecamy pobranie ostatecznej wersji pliku GPS (link - GPS) na tydzień przed zawodami. 

Czy mogę wystartować z psem?

Tak, jeśli jest trzymany na smyczy i jeśli startujesz na końcu, aby nie przeszkadzać innym uczestnikom.

Czy potrzebuję zaświadczenia lekarskiego, aby móc wziąć udział w zawodach?

Nie, zaświadczenie lekarskie w Belgii nie jest konieczne.

Regulamin zawodów dostępny w języku angielskim, francuskim oraz niderlandzkim.

POLISH RUN 2024 - PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Registration

Registration for the Polish Run competition is possible only electronically via a dedicated link: https://prod.chronorace.be/registration/SelectActivity.aspx?iframe=1&eventId=2141036902158831&cs=POLISHRUN&lng=EN

Registration is possible until September 6 and on the day of the competition.
 
Only registration via the link above guarantees that you will receive Polish Run T-shirt and medal. People who register to participate 10 km run via the link on the "Europatrail Brussels" website will not be part of the Polish Run.

Collection of starting numbers

From 19/08 to 31/08 at:

Everyone registered 5 days before the competition will receive an e-mail with detailed information on the course of the event and a QR code, which will have to be presented when collecting the starting number.

Polish Run T-shirt and medal

Each registered participant of the Polish Run will receive a commemorative T-shirt and a medal as part of the starting fee.

T-shirts can be picked up at on the day of the event at the ZHP Belgium and East Poland House stands (Hippodrome de Boitsfort - 114 chaussée de la Hulpe 1180 Uccle).

The medal can be collected directly after the race at the East Poland House stand.

Showers and changing rooms

Showers and changing rooms are located on the golf club grounds, a few meters from the finish line. To use it, ask for a ticket at the Zatopek stand.

Catering

During the competition, a bar will be open, where you will be able to buy drinks and a regenerative meal.

Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions and answers related to the organization of this year's Polish Run event.

I have tried to register but an error has occurred and the system refuses to register for the second time.

The easiest way is to register again by changing a letter in your first or last name. You can also try agin 3 hours after your first attempt.

Can I resign from participation in the competition in the event of an injury or other reasons?

No cancellation (even for injury) entitles you to a refund 60 days before the event.

Before the last 2 months, it is entirely possible to cancel your registration. You have the choice, by contacting us by e-mail, of postponing your registration to a future edition or requesting a refund, excluding administrative and bank charges (+/-10% and min 1€).

Can I give my bib number to someone else if I cannot take part in the competition?

Names can be changed up to one month before the event. After this month (D-30), only group leaders can change a maximum of 5% of their group's names on race day (a benefit offered to groups), via the "registrations/litigations" table.

Can I pick up a bib number for a friend?

Yes, if you have the QR code on the ETicket of the runner. No ID is required.

The route of the run

The course is marked out with banners. This marking may be reinforced by ground markings. However, we recommend that you also use a GPS (mobile application, watch or other) to compensate for any unforeseen circumstances (uncontrolled clearing, erased markings, etc.).

We recommend that you download the final version of the GPS file (link - GPS) one week before the competition.

Can I run with my dog?

Yes, if it is kept on a leash and if you start at the back so as not to disturb other participants.

Do I need a medical certificate to take part in the competition?

No, a medical certificate in Belgium is not required.

Where can I find the competition regulations?

The competition regulations are available in English, French and Dutch.

L'inscription est possible jusqu'au 6 septembre et le jour de l'événement.

Les t-shirts et les médailles sont uniquement disponibles pour les participqnts inscrits via le lien ci-dessus.

Les personnes qui s'inscrivent pour participer à la course via le lien sur le site "Europatrail Brussels" ne feront pas partie de la Polish Run.

Retrait des dossards

Toute personne inscrite 5 jours avant la course recevra un e-mail avec les informations détaillées sur le déroulement de l'événement et un QR code, qui devra être présenté lors du retrait de votre dossard.

T-shirt et médaille Polish Run

Chaque participant inscrit à la Polish Run recevra le paquet de participation : le t-shirt exclusif et la médaille souvenir unique à l’arrivée pour chaque participant.

Les t-shirts peuvent être retirés le jour de l'événement aux stands de ZHP Belgique et East Poland House (Hippodrome de Boitsfort - 114 chaussée de la Hulpe 1180 Uccle).

La médaille peut être récupérée sur notre stand immédiatement après la couse.

Douches et vestiaires

Les vestiaires et les douches se trouvent au club de golf, à quelques mètres de l’arrivée. Pour entrer, il faudra demander un ticket au stand Zatopek.

Catering

Un espace restauration sera disponible (soupes bio, sandwichs bio, boissons non alcoolisées, ...) pour les participants et les supporters.

Vous trouverez ci-dessous une liste des questions et réponses les plus fréquemment posées concernant l'organisation de l'événement Polish Run de cette année.

J'ai tenté de m'inscrire mais il y a eu un bugg et le système refuse une seconde inscription.

Le plus simple est de vous réinscrire en changeant un caractère de votre nom ou prénom. Il est également possible de recommencer votre inscription 3h après votre première tentative.

Puis-je me désinscrire suite à une blessure ou un empêchement?

Aucune annulation (même pour cause de blessure) ne donne droit au remboursement 60 jours avant l'évènement.

Avant les 2 dernier mois, il est tout à fait possible de vous désinscrire. Vous avez le choix, en nous contactant par mail, de postposer votre inscription à une édition future ou demander le remboursement, hors frais administratifs et bancaires (+/-10% et min 1€), en mentionnant votre IBAN + le montant payé.

Puis-je donner mon dossard à un ami car je ne peux plus courir?

Il est possible de changer de nom jusqu’à un mois avant l’évènement. Au-delà de ce mois (J-30) seuls les responsables de groupes peuvent encore modifier au maximum 5% des noms de leur groupe le jour de la course (avantage offert aux groupes), via la table "inscription/litiges".

Puis-je récupérer un numéro de dossard pour un ami ?

Oui, à condition d'avoir son ETicket (contenant un code QR pour récupérer le dossard). Une pièce d'identité n'est pas nécéssaire.

Balisage parcours

Le parcours sera balisé par des flèches sur les arbres et au sol. L'itinéraire Polis Run sera marqué en bleu. Cependant, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser en plus un GPS (application mobile, montre ou autre) pour éviter tout imprévu. Les instructions relatives aux appareils GPS sont disponibles en anglais et en français. Veuillez noter que l'itinéraire peut être légèrement modifié pour diverses raisons. Nous vous recommandons de télécharger la version finale du fichier GPS (lien - GPS) une semaine avant la compétition.

Puis-je courir avec mon chien ?

Oui, si celui-ci est tenu en laisse et si vous partez en fin de peloton afin de ne pas gêner les autres coureurs.

Ai-je besoin d'un certificat médical afin de savoir participer?

Non, un certificat médical n'est pas nécessaire.

Où puis-je trouver le règlement de l'évènement?

Le règlement est disponible en anglais, français et néerlandais.
