POLISH RUN 2024 - PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Registration
Registration for the Polish Run competition is possible only electronically via a dedicated link: https://prod.chronorace.be/registration/SelectActivity.aspx?iframe=1&eventId=2141036902158831&cs=POLISHRUN&lng=EN
Registration is possible until September 6 and on the day of the competition.
Only registration via the link above guarantees that you will receive Polish Run T-shirt and medal. People who register to participate 10 km run via the link on the "Europatrail Brussels" website will not be part of the Polish Run.
Collection of starting numbers
From 19/08 to 31/08 at:
Trakks Bruxelles (Uccle): Chaussée de Waterloo 1165B, 1180 Uccle
Trakks Bruxelles (Etterbeek): Steenweg op Etterbeek 59, 1000 Brussel
On the day of the race (one hour before the start)
Hippodrome de Boitsfort - 114 chaussée de la Hulpe 1180 Uccle
Everyone registered 5 days before the competition will receive an e-mail with detailed information on the course of the event and a QR code, which will have to be presented when collecting the starting number.
Polish Run T-shirt and medal
Each registered participant of the Polish Run will receive a commemorative T-shirt and a medal as part of the starting fee.
T-shirts can be picked up at on the day of the event at the ZHP Belgium and East Poland House stands (Hippodrome de Boitsfort - 114 chaussée de la Hulpe 1180 Uccle).
The medal can be collected directly after the race at the East Poland House stand.

Showers and changing rooms
Showers and changing rooms are located on the golf club grounds, a few meters from the finish line. To use it, ask for a ticket at the Zatopek stand.
Catering
During the competition, a bar will be open, where you will be able to buy drinks and a regenerative meal.
Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions and answers related to the organization of this year's Polish Run event.
I have tried to register but an error has occurred and the system refuses to register for the second time.
The easiest way is to register again by changing a letter in your first or last name. You can also try agin 3 hours after your first attempt.
Can I resign from participation in the competition in the event of an injury or other reasons?
No cancellation (even for injury) entitles you to a refund 60 days before the event.
Before the last 2 months, it is entirely possible to cancel your registration. You have the choice, by contacting us by e-mail, of postponing your registration to a future edition or requesting a refund, excluding administrative and bank charges (+/-10% and min 1€).
Can I give my bib number to someone else if I cannot take part in the competition?
Names can be changed up to one month before the event. After this month (D-30), only group leaders can change a maximum of 5% of their group's names on race day (a benefit offered to groups), via the "registrations/litigations" table.
Can I pick up a bib number for a friend?
Yes, if you have the QR code on the ETicket of the runner. No ID is required.
The route of the run
The course is marked out with banners. This marking may be reinforced by ground markings. However, we recommend that you also use a GPS (mobile application, watch or other) to compensate for any unforeseen circumstances (uncontrolled clearing, erased markings, etc.).
We recommend that you download the final version of the GPS file (link - GPS) one week before the competition.
Can I run with my dog?
Yes, if it is kept on a leash and if you start at the back so as not to disturb other participants.
Do I need a medical certificate to take part in the competition?
No, a medical certificate in Belgium is not required.

The competition regulations are available in English, French and Dutch.
